Reviews for A Present for Little Lotte
Countess Eliza chapter 1 . 10/13/2019
This is too perfect!

Such a sweet Raoul/Christine story! There should be more like this. : )
PenAndInkPrincess chapter 1 . 1/11/2011
That was beautiful, and so in character for Raoul and Christine. In the words of the Phantom, "Brava, brava, bravisamma."
Perfume chapter 1 . 12/27/2010
This story was equally as cute as the previous one I had read.

The fact that Christine had left the scarf still inside the opera house is precious gift indeed! And the fact that Raoul went and restored it to its former glory is adorable.

I can see Steve Barton doing this. XD

Thank you for another enchanting story!
Bialywhoos chapter 1 . 4/11/2008
How cute! I love this idea so much, and your writing was very well. The way you conveyed Raoul's thoughts as he decided on the present was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is to use less "but"s and "and"s at the beginning of sentences. Sometimes they're good, but too money can be easily combined into two or more sentences. Anyway, wonderful job!
Truth Questor chapter 1 . 4/11/2008
Huzzah! Lovely job with characterization, emotion, narration and everything! I especially liked the line about the dove presenting its friend with a red ribbon-so cute! This is going on my favorites list.

~Raoul/Christine forever!~
Kitty-hiime chapter 1 . 4/8/2008
I'm very glad that you enjoyed my story! There will be several more chapters, so I hope that you look forward to them. I thought that 'A Present' was very well written, especially in the beginning. I absolutely loved that he gave her the scarf, after repairing it. At the same time, that would be my one suggestion: after the scarf, the shell necklace, even though it is very pretty, is awfully plain. I would suggest that the order be reversed, so that after enjoying the fancy jewelry with the sentimental attachment (like any female would, as Raoul himself pointed out, and then afterwards she receives the shocking and powerfully moving gift of the scarf. But other than that, great job, and happy future writings!
LadyBastet92 chapter 1 . 4/8/2008
Aw, that was so sweet I loved the part with the necklase. Great job!
LuckyLadybug chapter 1 . 4/7/2008
Aww, this is so sweet! I was wondering what Raoul would find for her, and that's just perfect! That necklace sounds so gorgeous. And restoring a scarf that had such special meaning to her would be a wonderful present too! That would be so exciting!

The descriptions of the abandoned opera house are very melancholy, especially everything just as it was in Christine's dressing room. I really like the imagery you came up with for it!

Awesome work!
sparklyscorpion chapter 1 . 4/7/2008
Aww, yay! What a sweet R/C fic. I love it! I'm always sad that there are so few R/C fics on the site; this one is wonderful. :)
The Duelist's Heiress chapter 1 . 4/7/2008
So cute. I loved it.

Bathsheba Carr chapter 1 . 4/7/2008
This is lovely. Everyone always seems to bash the Raoul-Christine relationship in their fanfics, impliying that such a common man could never measure up to the Phantom's genius. But this is different-Christine and Raoul are happy together and-hey! what do ya know?-actually living a nice little life with out Erik's abusive nature haunting them.

Whoa, okay, sorry my review turned into a little anti-Erik rant there. Anyways, really good job! Write more, please!
wakingsilentandresigned chapter 1 . 4/7/2008
This was way too cute! I loved it! Raoul is perfectly in character! I love R/C, I just wish there was more of it.
