I am really enjoying where you're going with this story! It's really awesome so far and I can't wait to see where you take us. I started reading this when you first posted it but had to run off and then it took ages to get back here so sorry for taking so long to review. Your writing style is always so easy to read so this promises to be another great story.

I like the idea of exploring characters' back stories so this should be really intriguing. I don't know how you manage to write several stories at once as I have enough trouble finishing one!

You shouldn't apologise for this being long... It was enjoyable and I will definately be tuning in for more. I'm not usually into ELF as I think I mentioned before but this is really good.

A couple of points to ponder;-

Lucas should not be surprised at everyone listening into his conversation, as every call should and would be screened by ops (that would be O'Neill) anyway. That is why him making unauthorised calls and internex access is such a big deal on the show; national security, and the location of the sub etc...

How come Shep is driving his gramp's clapped out old banger when he makes money from designing computer programmes?
