I really enjoyed this. A pairing you don't see very often, and you wrote it very well. Side note I love the idea of Ling and Mustang being related. It was cool how you put that in this. :)

This was a very gorgeous story, you kept the characters in character as well. Very good overall, and I a big fan of WinryxGreeling and WinryxEd, so altogether I loved it~ Feel free to write more! :)

Poor Ling/Greed though...I wonder what his reaction will be when he discovers both Winry and his son gone.

This is a really interesting alternate ending. I see you wrote it before the manga end was published. I really love it, you write it in a sort of way that kind of makes me think of just watching as the time passes by. :)

I like the idea of Roy and Ling being related. And the LingxWinry pairing has always got my attention, the relationship between them is almost like there's an understanding that they can never have a true relationship with each other, even if they care about each other. I really loved how you wrote Winry's conflict. :)

well, i'll start off by saying i read the version posted on your LJ account, but just decided to review here. i mostly have praise for your amazing writing talent, very few grammatical errors, which is always the best thing a writer can deliver.

however, the second best would be the story itself. and although it was, indeed, a well organized and original fic, some parts really bothered me. the little things were the fact that i thought this was a Ling/Winry fic with some past mentions of Ed/Win, to have it being not a few sentences into the story and we see ed and win already making love. ok, no big deal, it was a past mention. then the whole intercourse w/ the brother thing? i really don't buy into winry just rolling over and submiting into becoming 'breeding stock', and like you mentioned in the fic, i highly doubt Greed would allow that. again, it's part of the story, i move forward.

so, the only thing that truly bothered me was when you got to the part about her faking her death...then HER and LINGS son's death, whom he clearly loved with all his heart. whether he figures it out and knows they're alive or not, idk, i quit reading simply bc of the fact she would even consider that is uncontionalbe and beyond cruel to me. had ling played fair? not really, but he never did anything that was outside of their 'contract'. if she didn't want to sleep with any of his relatives, she didn't have to, he clearly wouldn't have made her. if she didn't want to go live as his bride in a foreign country, then she shouldn't have made a deal w/ him in the first place-only to break his heart, kidnap his son, fake their deaths...ect...she kinda turned towards the bitch side O_o lol could've all been avoided with a simple 'no'

and then at the end it turns out to be an Ed/Winry? kinda meh...even tho you see it coming

BUT, other than that one disheartening moment, i truly did enjoy the story. it got me riled up enough to leave a review, so that's a very good sign that i loved it.
