Miraculous recovery! You ne'er mentioned whether the doctor told dereck about the surgery! Derek can save her with the surgery! As for the financial part of it, some relative died and they were given a LOT of money- more than enough needed and they were saving it to pay for their college but obviously this is more important! More soon please!

Holy crap child! You need to update this! Lets go, chop chop. I was literally bawling my eyes out when Nora was finding out, it's so sad. Just finish the story even if she DOES die I want to see this to the end. I hope you update soon! Seriously, I usually hate sad stories but this was so good.
