I'm guessing you wrote chapter 2 before any of the ME3 DLC was released? I had to lol at the comment about the possibility of fighting Shepard's evil clone - impressive foresight :D

Ugh, I love this. I absolutely agree with you! James and Kaidan would not leave Shep behind! And I think that is is absolutely ridiculous that Bioware put out ME3, then announced the new dlc while everyone is complaining about the crap endings. If they were putting out ME4, where everything gets explained/all problems get solved, I'd be just fine with ME3's ending. Otherwise, it kills me not to know what happens to all the characters AND that Shep is "dead". After all the hard work she just put in to save all those people's asses, the least Bioware could do is give her a freaking memorial. (I've got to say goodbye to her somehow now too.) Sorry, rant over. But seriously, I've been wanting to read something to satisfy the ending, and this definitely was just perfect.

I loved this and all the other chapters. You said in just a few words what Bioware couldn't in three games. This is a love story for the ages. Shepard didn't matter to Bioware she was just a player in their game. You made her real. Thank You.

Sad that this is the end of your writing fanfic. I loved how you handled the crappy ending from the game. I've enjoyed your stories and hope you can(we all can) find the love for the first two mass effects again.

I really enjoyed all the banter - incredibly funny! Ash was awesome and I always love anything Shepard/Kaidan. The Rob Roy chapter was also really good, I've never read any requisition officer fic before so that was something interesting and new for me ;-)

I haven't laughed out loud while reading an ME fic in a very, very long time. I *love* the way you write Ashley - especially her banter in "Sexual Harassment." If you ever pick this up again, you should give Ashley/Joker a try. ;D

Enjoying reading this...chapter 4 is hilarious! I'm not really sure I want to know *why* Wrex is eating something that is supposed to be an aphrodisiac. :D

I just read all the chapters after spotting the link on the KAST. I love your work! Sweet and funny (and in the chapter about Kaidan's recruitment by Conatix, sad and poignant). Your characterization of Ash and Kaidan is perfect, and your Shepard is really likable. Looking forward to reading more!

Okay, this fic is absolutely adorable. Like everyone else, I love what you've done with Ashley. She's just so perfectly...herself. And the humor is wonderfully subtle. This story really stands out. I hope you update more!
