Wow...okay, first off, this fic is LOVE. To me, for some reason, I've never felt that Kyon was never the least bit angry at Haruhi for her escapades. Sure, did he finally blow up at her in the Sigh Arc? Yes, but he FORGAVE HER SO EASILY. It doesn't seem right how it was just forgiven, like he was never angry at all. Kyon is always the deadpan snarker and Tsuruya is always the one who laughs, but it really seemed right to me that all the abuse that Haruhi piles on top of Kyon (paying for food, having his head smashed into her desk, etc.) would pile up, and Kyon wouldn't know whether he could just stop being so...pliant to her plans. I bow and worship thee, KChasm, for you have given the Haruhi fandom this work of art.

Wonderful, I really liked the closing lines.

Yet another gem that sits silently waiting to be read. It was that way in how you spaced it all out that made it work. You are a good writer, you just need someone else to say it.

Aw, I went looking for Tsuruya fic and I'm glad I found this one. She's my favourite character in the series, for all that I don't write much about her, just because I admire her attitude so much. And that goes for this fic, too. It's beautiful.

a nice little fic. i like what youve done with tsuraya here, as i dont get the impression from the novel's that shes "just" a laughing fool or whatever, but its never explored deeper. i think what youve done here is very plausable, and even likely. kudos

And you're right about another thing, while the original series is more entertaining than this little oneshot (no offense), your fanfic holds a lot more emotional impact. More impact than any of Tanigawa's novels ever have.

Plus I love Tsuruya and seeing her explored in depth like this just plucks at my heartstrings.

I really enjoyed it and I hope to God that you'd write more.
