Wow... love love!

Wow,... what subtle characterisation. Love it! Love it! The pathos... the flavour. But maybe a bit more description so that we don't miss how they came to the graveyard,... i blinked but once and i missed the slight paragraph.

I was quite saturated and just wanted to leave a message to you dear author that i've just read your author profile and you mentioned having a sequel to the marcello school,.. why marcello anyway? Ex-bf of yours?

And seriously, i've not so many hours to put in to read your this FF, but i willllllllll!

What a roller coaster of emotions the last 10 or so chapters were. I am so glad you put in that last bit. I reallllllllllllly hate stories where he dies.

Great ending! Having read quite a few HP fanfics, I could see the ending coming, but your presentation was thoughtful and well done. Perhaps a tad too angsty at times, but it's a hard balance to get right, I think. Keep on writing!

So Harry died after all. Wow, I'm kind of glad to see an author killing Harry off for once.

Another very well-written piece, and remarkably plausible in comparison to DH. In some ways, I liked it better. Just a heads-up that you never set the "completed" flag on this one, so you might want to do that for folks that scan only for completed fics to read, and I'd hate to see them miss this one. Hope I can look forward to another fine story from you at some point in the future. Thanks for a great read!

The arc of the last half dozen chapters was outstanding. I fell into the trap of multiple endings for one of my own stories and feel your pain. The feeling of compromise is inescapable.

The one that I read seemed to fit well. It wasn't the light-happy ending, but that wouldn't have fit into your story very well,;instead cheapening it. Nor was it the dark-downer ending that you may have originally envisioned; which would have left so many feeling frustrated and somehow cheated.

I like it.

If I may offer one suggestion, please mark your story complete. When reading the description, length and the like on another storyteller's favorite list, it appeared to have been abandonded, when, in fact, you have a great finish.

If I had never read book seven, I'd say that your tale was a logical and excellent conclusion to the series.

But...

We all know that's not the case.

COntrasting this with your other story, too much is the same as canon. Granted, you apparently decided to skip the Hallows (Thank you. They cheapened the rest of the story) and you put Ginny into a plausable relationship with Harry.

But...

You action scenes need sharpening. The horcrux hunt needed more intensity. (Nothing a bit of rework couldn't fix) and your battle scenes need more desperation. An easy way of doing that is to illustrate various PoVs as people are fighting and dieing. To date, it's felt a bit like the old batman series. Smash! Blam! Pow! but bobody really got hurt.

These are easy improvements to make.

Please consider these suggestions and the kind spirit in which they were intended.

Well, I have not been able to read much fanfiction in the last year(ish). I have just read from chapter 45 to the end in a few days. This story was amazing! Thank you so much for writing it. I look forward to reading more stories by you!
