Reviews for Dark day at the Robinson House
H.M.V chapter 1 . 4/26/2018
This was pretty good, but Wilbur was eight when Lewis/Cornelius started working on the first prototype time machine. Wilbur is thirteen years old in the movie, and at one point he says, "Five years ago, Dad wakes up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. Wants to build a time machine, SO HE STARTS WORKING!" Thirteen minus five is eight.

MADStar529 chapter 1 . 4/8/2014
Great story.
Casey Schumer chapter 1 . 8/16/2011
This story is great! It is so gory and suspenseful. It's endearing to know Cornelius has failed so miserably, yet he "kept moving foreward". It certainly was a dark day at the Robinson house.
RemmyBlack chapter 1 . 5/22/2011
wow. that was gory. This was really well-written )
cece chapter 1 . 10/22/2009
hi me again

i am a bit confused

how could a super scientist and really smart genitics biologist have a son that was not very smart. Not like it was your story that made me think about but after I had watched it for the first time. Wierd huh. What does he share with his Dad anyway? He has his Mum's hair and eyes. I wonder
CC333 chapter 1 . 10/16/2009
great

only problem is that Wilbur was 8 years old when his father started working on the time machine. Not that i am questioning your know how about mtr or anything. :)
mccrocm chapter 1 . 4/26/2009
ARGH! that was ... incredible! i never thought about it like that before.
msau783jfu0 chapter 1 . 12/17/2008
That was excellently written. I literally began to cry, especially when Wilbur was holding Cornelius' hand :-( But despite the sadness, it was still brilliant. I loved your descriptiveness, I wish I could have heard more of what was going through Wilbur and Franny's heads.

This one is going on my faves list :-)
bleh0 chapter 1 . 12/3/2008
Wow. All I can say is, wow. That was an awsome story. It was really well discribed and had a lot of feeling and detail in my opinion. I rarely see Authors with talent such as yours. Keep writing and if you get writers block like I have. Dont quit your story! Insperation comes to amasing authors like you!

noukinav018 chapter 1 . 11/9/2008
man, the cost of being an inventor! hey but Cornelius doesnt say anythin at the end and nth about Wil's fingers
PichiKeen chapter 1 . 11/8/2008
You're fifteen and you write like THIS? Well don't I feel inferior.

Gut wrenching. That's what this is. Truly a dark day at the Robinson house, and I don't blame Wilbur for not going into the details with Lewis. Because that was already traumitizing enough the first time around.
Morganvil225 chapter 1 . 8/2/2008
*shudders* In the words of Lewis/Cornelius: "Yikes". You're good at writing gory stuff so have fun and "Keep Moving Forward!"
Link Fangirl01 chapter 1 . 7/18/2008
wow. That was gory. But somehow, I didn't mind. I liked this for some strange reason I can't comprehend. -shrugs and goes to listen to "little wonders" again-
