Not only is it well-written, but also captivating, descriptive, and everything one hopes a threesome would be. Threesomes often result in unequal amounts of attention, but this is perfect. Yamato and Kakashi both get (and give) attention from (to) Sakura and it's the perfect balance. I will actually find myself thinking about or wanting to read this fic. I always come back.
