I don't think your first ending sucked it was just depressing and you know how everyone likes a happy ending. When they see a happy ending it takes their mind off the fact that they will probably never have a happy ending like that. So don't get too hurt over the comments. But also don't be rude to the commenters just ignore or block them.

Hey, this story was really great. I loved it a lot. I get it if you didn't want a happy ending, but the original ending was just 'It was all a dream. Going back to class. The End.' And I was like, "What the heck, you can't end something like that!" It was a great story but making it all a dream at the end kinda wasn't great. And that has nothing to do with the fact that it wasn't happy. I mean everything was escalating and then... DREAM. Why! This unhappy ending could have been pretty great. To be honest with you, I just skimmed over the alternate ending. I liked the original, it just could have been much better. It really kind of sucks that Kagome is at this institution with everyone for so long, and so much happens, and then in three seconds it's all just a dream at the end. It would've been a better sad ending if it hadn't been a dream. Despite all this, the whole story was great until the end, where it was just a little good. I'll look to see what other stories you have if I haven't already.

I'm a little confused about the ending. Did Kagome turn out to be fat? Even though I love happy endings, this ending was exceptional. It was a good story. The people who flamed you need to realize you did put the story under tragedy. That was a warning itself :P
