Nobody reviewing? That's surprising (maybe not, since I didn't either!) but this is coming along very well. I have never watched the series on TV but have read plenty of NCIS fanfiction & you are among the better writers. And yes, I have read a number of other how-dinozzo-met-gibbs stories. I hope others will write in soon. Not being a writer myself, I don't often comment. but I always notice lapses in grammar, style or spelling & you are doing very well!

Poor Tony his first time riding with Gibbs and he gets sick. What a way to make an impression especially when they are sharing the case .I loved when Tony was giving his explanation of not getting a hotel and sleeping behind the desk. it would be so like him to do and say that. it looks like they are getting along really well after one day. Tony is already at Gibbs house in the spare room and helping down in the basement.

"It's in Tony's best interests."

"Like that is what you care about, Gibbs." Turner challenged. Gibbs cares more about Tony best interest than Turner did/does. He wouldn't do what Turner made him do.

I always wondered how the heck Gobbs planned to get that boat out of the basement .'. . This is very well written in my opinion. I think that you captured all if the characters perfectly!
