This is beautiful. The words just sang on my tongue. But I believe that the choice comes again. And again. And again. It doesn't matter who you are, the choice will always come. And it will keep coming all of your life.

Wow, I love how this is based on A Wrinkle In Time, but can really apply to any good vs. evil situation. Your story really shows how that shaping choice is not at all easy or even clear cut.

Although I do believe that sometimes, for some people - or stars - the choice does come again.

I was wondering about who this was when I got through the first paragraphs of the fanfiction. However, when I got to the part when you wrote, "a once-glorious star", I thought whether or not this was a small piece of Mrs Whatsit, about her once being a star, and then she sacrificed herself to drive away the darkness. Or Echthroi. Whatever you call it.

Just a small thought.

This is so true!

I know I think I would always choose light but I think it's true that I have never had the true choice of good or bad, it's hard to know if you have or haven't, but you really put it into perspective.

There is one word that keeps resurficing in my mind, "Sacrifice" I don't know why but it does. There aren't many Wrinkle In Time fanfictions out on this website but there is really only one that actually just fits right. This Well, you don't need knowledge of the book but it would help to know why this was written. I do know why. I've read the book 26 times. Nicely done

Really good! Most things you read make the choice seem really easy, as if there were no choice, or, if you choose the dark, you must be evil in the first place. Once again, really good!

...haven't read the book, so I didn't read it, but you might consider posting it under miscellaneous books?
