This was written amazingly, and it brought me to tears. Great work.

I like the premise, but it seems slightly odd that Parker (a boy) would want to dance with his father...

And you make him sound quite small. In age I mean. If you think about it, it would take a few years for our resident idiots to get together; and given that Parker is sixish, he;d be like 10 or something or atleast 8-9. And I gather that losing Booth would be a traumatic event in his life, but your Parker sounds like he's no more than 7 or something.

It was still a well written story,though OUCH Booth and Brennan!

I just read this story, against my better judgement.

NOT, because I thought it would be bad or anything(!), but because I don't usually read sad stories.

But I am so glad I read this story, because it was gorgeous.

Amazingly well written, and beautiful to read.

It literally, brought (more than one) tear to my eye.

It was really touching and sad. But I have one question: How old was Parker when Booth died? because he sounds really REALLY young in some parts, like a five year old, but I assume this story is set after some years, so it confused me a bit.

Cute story, with interesting point of view. However, as one of those people who is ridiculously picky, I thought you should know it would be impossible for Brennan to adopt Parker unless Rebecca signed away legal rights to him. In the US children can legally have only two parents at most. Also, in a prior episode, Booth said that he has no legal rights to Parker. In all likelihood, only the mother's name appears on the birth certificate and neither Booth nor Brennan are eligible for recognization as Parker's legal parent. (Interestingly, Canada just recognized the possibility of a child having more than 2 parents (a lesbian couple and the gay sperm donor who all agreed to share custody) but I really doubt the US will follow that lead anytime soon).
