If by madman you mean the little gnome looking guy, he's officially called the Cannon man or just 'Cannon'.

But I call him the Juice boy cause he reminds me of a Oompa Loompa.

Not bad. I think the madman's name is Generalissimo Lioness. I have no idea how they come up with those names...aside from that, he's more like a lion than a wolf.
