Reviews for Honor Bound
Vadercat chapter 13 . 11/18/2018
Well you were right it is a dark story. Well told though, and I prefer the modified Sheppard to the one left to recover on his own. They all did it to help him, themselves in the long run and it might have cost them a small piece of their humanity, but in time the too shall forget and gloss it over as just another bad memory.
Samantha V chapter 13 . 4/2/2014
A while back I read 'Find Your Kindness', and thought that it was one of the best depressed Dean stories that I've ever read (pretty sure I left a review), and now thought to go back to read another of your other works - I'm glad I did! Beautifully written, well researched, with a compelling plot that, though a bit slow at spots, is never boring. A great read!
I know it's been a while since you've posted, so I hope that you're still writing and eventually will be posting once again :)
jenilee chapter 13 . 9/25/2012
Wow, this was just incredible storytelling. Plotty, with a good emotional punch! I know it's been awhile since it was written but I had to drop a comment and say how much I enjoyed it.
Astrollama chapter 13 . 5/31/2012
How awesome was this story? I've just read it through again and am still blown away by just how clever it is. Down to the last line. So many issues to deal with and there are questions left behind that leave a reader to mull on some more. Fantastic job.
Astrollama chapter 9 . 5/30/2012
How badly do I want to strangle some scrawny asgard ass?
Astrollama chapter 5 . 5/30/2012
Eeep indeed. Not sure what Shep'll make of the IOA guy or whether there'll be enough left to send back to the SGC when he's done.
Astrollama chapter 4 . 5/30/2012
Dang, but this is good. What's with these mysterious nosebleeds? What's the unexpected background noise that Rodney has decided to ignore? Ooooh, more, more!
Astrollama chapter 2 . 5/30/2012
You didn't disappoint. This chapter was as exciting as the first. You build tension like a pro. Not gonna mention the revelation at the end in case it spoils it for anyone reading reviews.
Astrollama chapter 1 . 5/30/2012
What an opening chapter! You capture Sheppard incredibly well and love the interactions between Beckett and Shep particularly this bit as Beckett was trying to entice Shep into taking a gurney ride to the infirmary"If it'll make you feel more macho, we'll run so everyone thinks it's an emergency." Beckett was trying for humor.
Can't wait to read next chap...
clerical medical chapter 13 . 1/31/2012
Thank you so much for an amazing story. I was totally swept up by it, and I really didn't see the ending coming.
sherry57 chapter 13 . 1/13/2012
I've read this story before and thought it was excellent. Reading it again this week just confimred my thoughts. A powerful story where Sheppard ends up whole again but still, it's not quite a happy ending. He spent the story being disturbed, in a nightmare and fear but finally, it's like he ends up ok but everyone else has to live with his bad memories. What an ending! I love reading stories again that I haven't read for a while to remind myself why I liked them in the first place! Thanks for this one hon.
Ozlex chapter 13 . 11/22/2007
Poor John! Really dark story you've got here. Not a happy ending at all, but very enthralling.
StarKitty chapter 13 . 10/16/2007
Wow, that was a great story! I stayed up way too late trying to finish it and still had more to read the next morning!
Cruel Tears chapter 1 . 9/6/2007
This was exceptionally good story. You had whump, angst and mystery. Good work! keep up! I wish you would write a sequel to this, there is much of emotional whump potencional.

P. favourite line: 'What the fuck is this CSI:Pegasus Galaxy?"
kiku65 chapter 13 . 8/3/2007
I have a feeling of the 'uh-oh, bad stuff' kind that those memories are gonna come back to haunt Sheppard... eventually.

And good story by the way. Brightened my afternoon.
