I apologize I am totally fangirling.

I have been a bit obsessed with Press Gang lately, and I was absolutely thrilled to see that there were fanfictions about it. I began the day by reading various Press Gang fanfictions, but then I stumbled upon your story "A Hard Day's Trivia Night" and I was instantly hooked. I have been reading your Press Gang fanfictions all day. I have been totally captivated by your writing.

You are definitely one of the best fanfiction writers that I have experienced. You got the characters completely right, which many people are unable to do. You got the witty and caustic yet funny banter/arguments of Spike and Lynda totally correct, you got both Sarah's and Kenny's kind and sweet nature, and you totally captured Colin's character (I really appreciate you making Colin a major point of the story because he is my favorite character - that really made my day).

One thing that I really admire about your writing is the little allusions that you make to the original Press Gang series. Those are absolutely brilliant and fun to recognize whenever I read one of your stories. You also write very much like the show itself. That is just incredible. I truly (and I really do mean this) felt like I was watching a Press Gang episode. You are such an amazing writer.

I also died when you brought Steven Moffat into the story. I am a HUGE Moffat fan and that just made my day (again).

I would just like to say you are a phenomenal writer and your work is absolutely brilliant. It was just so witty, smart, and it felt just so Press Gang. I literally laughed out loud at many of the pithy bantering, references to the original series, and the Colin-isms (you got his character so right!). This review is not about just this story but all of your Press Gang fanfics that you have written so far. I have enjoyed every bit of every fanfic.

Please keep writing! You are AMAZING!

This chapter was Absolutely Fabulous. I wonder if someone will mistake Lynda for Lydia Bennet.

ok, so having read the prequal, I thought I'd save this for tomorrow. Only I lay in bed DESPERATE to know what happened next.

Ended up getting up, coming down stairs, turning the confuser on and reading the second story.

Love it. A couple of bits I think missed the mark, but I would say 97% true to the original.

I've just discovered this section of Press Gangs fics and although I think it's great there are fics out there, there can never be too many so it's great that you have decided to continue this story. Your characterisations are spot on and funny too. Keep up the good work and hopefully it won't be too long until an update.

Wow, what a place to end! I was just enjoying the post-wedding banter and post-honeymoon Spike and Lynda relaxing, when Abby the half-sister turned up! Goodness gracious, now I can't wait for more!

These last two chapters were wonderful and I loved all the comments about The Norbridge Files, especially Spike's comments about being played by a real American and all. Then Lynda deciding to take the Thomson name, that was so cute.

Looking forward to the next installment!

This chapter was just as fab. I don't really have anything constructive to add, except that I can't believe Lynda handled this without fatalities. Oh, and where is Kelly? I miss her...

I got behind on my reading! Stupid real life. Never mind though, because I got several chapters in one go :D

"If you in any way fumble or drop it," continued Kenny in the same pleasant voice, "Or if you disrupt the ceremony in any other way, I will kill you. Understood?"

-I LOVE KENNY. You know I do. And he so has that in him.

What can I say about the wedding? It was beautiful; the webcam and the "stop slacking" were a nice touch.

Rosemary-lol. Is that canon or fanon? Either way it fits her somehow...

Oh, and I loved Lynda's dad showing up to walk her down the aisle. Even though that was a couple chapters back.

Everyone just being on fine form, especially your Col. It's nice to see him in Happy Hustler Mode after all the torment I put him through!

Your naming of Lynda is very spooky though... I've already got Lynda Day as an Auntie, and you just named my cousin and Mum with her middle names!

Oh, and I'm going to get a TShirt made up with the line "Sinking into the enormous king-sized bed in his room at the Luxor casino and hotel, he gave fervent thanks for Colin's inherent tightness" printed on the front.

That was just stunningly beautiful! I have no other words for it, I simply loved every part of it :)

Aaw, that was all so sweet! Lynda and her Mum on the big day :) Also loved that her Dad showed up at the end, and the memories of Lynda dressing up in her mothers dress, whilst Kenny battled all kinds of traps to get to her! haha Can't wait to see the actual wedding which I'm sure is coming up very soon :)
