This is my favorite fanfic of all time. Probably because you novelized my favorit movie, but either way, if I weren't on my phone, I'd steal it and make my best friend read it because he didn't realy understand the movie. Anyway, thanks and LOVE it.

I remember one part at the end, at the party, where Dr. Thurman calls Donnie's residence and says to call her back and it's urgent. I was kinda hoping you'd have an explanation for what that could have been...

I really like the additional scenes you added. Shows more of the bonds between the characters. :D

As I can plainly see you have put much time and effort into writing this story, or rather, re-writing it, and you work has not gone unacknowledged. I enjoyed reading this rendition of donnie darko while my dvd player is currently unuseable(and by unusable I mean smashed to bits by my rude and mildly disturbed cousin)And the story was just as good , if not better than, watching the movie it self, although lacking the images of frank and the ever so talented(and extreamly hot) donnie darko, it was wonderful to read and experience. I felt as if I were there in the story at many points and others i felt the deep emotions of the characters, and all throughout I felt as if I were sitting in a dark room in front of a small tv watching the movie. Thank you for your comitment to writing this story and may self help the darko way always be there when you need it. Your's sincerly -Chey-

this was really great! i just watched donnie darko for the first timw two days ago, and have now seen it 3 1/2 times, read this and two other fics, gotten the soundtrack (listening to it now) joined three darko related groups online and posted in two forums. where has this movie been all my life? well, i dont yet have the directors cut so i appreciated getting a peek at the scenes they cut. the descriptions of the characters inner thoughts and feelings were very realistic and convincing too. keep writing!
