Ha! "I'm not caressing a wall." good one! I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything at that moment, cuz i'd have spewed all over my laptop. Enjoying it much...on to the next chapter!

That SG1 decided to pick their downtime activity based on Daniel's needs, and their concern for him, rang true. I really liked the paper stuck in the wall, simple but effective way to create no doubt over where he'd gone. The insanity and overpowering nature of Areszeus, along with the dead bodies, made the trap even more scary than, for example, another Goa'uld turning up and the translation, along with the hallucination of Jack, made it even more personal. That when Daniel got a moment to speak to Carter & Teal'c his concern was for Jack, combined with their watching over the wall and Jack looking everywhere for the bracelets beautifully showed the depth of the friendship between them. I was a bit worried that Areszeus was going to make it to the Stargate which wouldn't have worked with what the reader so far knew of the Chege but then they were forcibly separated at the cave entrance, which does work. A great fic!

I've been reading a bunch of SG-1 fan fiction lately for old time's sake and have to say that your fics are still some of my absolute favorites. I'm sad I've already gone through all four that you've written on SG-1, too bad there isn't more.

I guess I can't really expect you to still be writing SG-1 fanfiction but one can still hope :)

What a great story! I love the Daniel/Jack friendship side. Daniel in peril always makes for good reading.

I can't express on words how much I love your SG-1 Daniel-whumper stories. You can so well describe all characters feelings, thought they are all different kind of people. When reading your stories, I feel like watching one or maybe two SG-1 episodes (with the 'to be continue' part in the first episode :'D). These stories feels like they are real things! Characters are all themselves and your imagination is unbelievable colorful. Your plots are really compilcated and I love the way things go.

I haven't ever read better fics than yours, and I want you to know it :D. I hope you'll write more SG-1 stories, and you can be sure that I'm among the first ones to read it!

I just finished your story and I loved it. The villian was so good and creepy-a very well fleshed out and beliveably scary character.
