Great story! The only things i don't understand is why kagome never defends herself. She has miko powers. I really felt like her character was way too weakly portrayed here. Also, why did Naraku seem to share inu traits? I.e. referring to kagome as his "bitch" and smelling her scent? Also, what's with all the unapologetic domestic violence?

This is an EPIC start! I DIED laughing at his naivete. Lol. The only thing i have to submit is this... CONSCIENCE not CONSCIOUS damn it! I cannot tell you how MANY writers I see make this aggravating mistake over and over again. I expect to see it several more times in the story now, so I won't comment on it again now that it's out of my system. But really, fantastic first chapter. I love it. Will continue reading.
