This is a beautiful fic, in a way that I can only honestly describe as ethereal. In particular, I love that in spite of the very sparse format it didn't feel very dim or restrained. A lot of stories like this create a very Spartan atmosphere, like black-and-white photos, but this was almost more like somewhat wistful Impressionist art. (I hope that made sense.)

If you're still monitoring this story, could you tell me where you got the themes? And if you made them up yourself, would you mind letting me use them as prompts for something else? I'll credit you, of course.
