This story was just excellent. I loved it. Although there was quite a few grammatical errors and a couple of places where you forgot to put in the word that you were looking for it did not in any way diminish this amazing story.

Bravo. Just simply Bravo. You channeled Rowling herself with this and I am more than impressed, I am humbled by it. The only thing I would like to see is a little bit more about Harry and Avery. It is obvious from the story that the two of them are together and I would love to see that relationship explored more. A sequel to this story showing that and how the order put Britain back in order would be well worth the read.

Absolutely fantastic! I wanted to write out reviews for you for each chapter, but I would have felt a bit tacky when the story was already finished. Finally got around to reading this and I wasnt disappointed, it is wonderfully written and even without many scenes between harry and avery I could still tell that they were together, their relationship was written beautifully. I also love gabrielle her sass is so much fun to read. Though some of your descriptions are very graphic it gave a nice change compared to most stories and I think went well with the tone of the story.

Pretty bad ass. Could do with a beta, or proof reading... Still pretty good read.

So if they could shift away, why did they risk and ultimately lose all those lives. Also if the prophet is printing such a bold lie about ambassadors, don't all the Aurors there that day read the lies and know it for lies?

Interestingly, civil wars historically is a very good time for others to get involved. Like the Russian civil war in 1900s when USia and Britain both sent their soldiers to kill and rob distant Russian towns and ports. Or Vietnam civil war, when USia went and commited genocide. Or recent Yugoslavian civil war, when USia went and murdered hundreds of children before breaking a nation. Basically my point is that USians are scum that stick their filthy nose everywhere, and should be destroyed when possible.

I'm over 65 and a US Navy Vet, that said. How about old school? Underwater Shipping Mines might not destroy the boats but concussion waves would rock the hell out of them. Land Mines might not kill the wizards but a troll losing a leg? Dead Falls, with Punji Sticks, if a witch (Tonks) or wizard can trip and fall? Iron and therefore steel are "resistant to magic" , shot propelled by clamors would work. I still feel that a number number of 50cal Brownings on the towers would help, how do you shield before you hear the report?

I do under stand that you say that the wizarding world didn't want to fight pre gunpowder muggles. However a Hot War Bow, at close distance has a vel of about 400 fps. the energy varies on weight of the arrow. Yes, in my youth I was a bow hunter and I'm ex American military. The slowest 5.56, 3000ps w/ 999ft-lb energy,next the Glaser Safety Slug has a muz vol of 1650 fps w/ 484ft-lb, breaking into steel balls. This is a home protection round, I won't even bring in non military hunting long guns. I like this story and will finish it. Just one other thing, Volunteers from around the world, joined the Spanish Civil War, came to fight.

I wish there was more of the epilogue... especially Harry and his spy hehehe...but overall, what a great fic!
