Fai's smile chapter 12 . 11/16/2017
Wow... that was... just wow.
No, really. I loved how you portrayed Greenwall and Rodney's reactions to him - the way he used the tension from Doranda aftermath to make sure no one seemed too close and the interaction with Radek were just perfect.
Ardeliah chapter 12 . 4/1/2015
I LOVED IT! You had me in tears and I wanted to smack everyone around Rodney! Thank you for writing this.

flower pot girl chapter 12 . 11/29/2014
Poor Rodney, but how lovely to see them realise they had been wrong and rally round him.
Heteroclite chapter 1 . 7/29/2014

Innogen chapter 12 . 1/12/2014
I really like this story. In the last chapter, when you wrote:
.well, maybe he was a bit more distant, a bit more like he had been back in Antarctica , but he doubted they'd noticed that aspect of his personality.

Sheppard, however, had noticed, and he'd called him on it a few times. The first had been in the middle of a firefight on P3X 1R1, which thankfully hadn't distracted Rodney from the business of saving his own ass as well as protecting his teammates, but the man had a seriously deranged sense of appropriate timing for their 'meaningful' conversations. It was probably one of the reasons -

I found myself wanting to see this expanded and illustrated. I know you were wrapping this story up, but if you ever did a rewrite, this is an area you could explain. Sheppard didn't know McKay very well in Antarctica, so I'm not sure what he'd have to complain about. Did he decide to have a teen'age'd angst session in a firefight? I'm not sure? Why pick that time? Was he not satisfied about their interpersonal snark? And so on...

Well done.
Innogen chapter 3 . 1/12/2014
This is a hidden gem. Have you posted anywhere else, like on Archive of Our Own or Livejournal?
Aileil chapter 12 . 7/21/2012
How's about naming them 'Abbott and Costello' ? Loved your story by the way. You should really write more and include Cadross in them by the way. A mobile hologram with a personality that likes Mckay could not only be amusing but also very useful. Just saying...
Thanks again, you are a fabulous and creative author that far outstrips me in ability.
Aileil chapter 11 . 7/21/2012
Awesome chapter! You had me so worried about Rodney and I'd only just begun to hope that Cadross would be able to help him and then you had me worried that Cadross was 'dead'. But this chapter may not be the one where everything turns out all right but it certainly is the one where we know that everything will be fixable. Thanks a million!
Aileil chapter 7 . 7/21/2012
I officially LOVE Cadross. He is terrific. If I wish I could give Greenwall a piece of my mind I wish with equal strength that I could have a conversation with Cadross. It would be highly informative (not to mention it would be a heck of a lot better than whispering to sleeping members of the household when I want to have a chat in the dead of night). Thanks for putting such effort into this story.
Aileil chapter 5 . 7/21/2012
Is it possible to thoroughly detest, deplore, hate, and abhor a nonexistent being? In this case a certain fellow named Greenwall. I really hope you make him miserable come the end of this story. Because if he doesn't deserve it nobody does. He is completely detestable. Ugh. I haven't even met anyone at high school that was worse.
Puddle Jumper 101 chapter 12 . 3/10/2012
I wasn't intentionally going to review this story, but I was so amazed at how marvellous it was from start to finish! I thought it was wonderful: you nailed everyone down pat. Even Rodney McKay. I'm jealous by the way.

Looking forward to reading your sequel or follow up. Whatever you call it. This tale was a pleasant read.
