Okay first thing I have to mention, there's no such thing as a "Valor Victorian" it's a Valedictorian. Also, GPA goes from 1.0-4.0 it is impossible to get a 4.91 when the highest GPA is a 4.0. And no way in hell would Harvard not accept him - with all the awards you've given him. Epic fail.
