Oh no way you have to write a sequel with the general and Carter at the cabin it doesn't have to be shippy if you don't like that but you could explore their conversation and give Carter some command hints something like that or ship would be good to if you like it. Do you?

I liked how you ended it with a phone call from Jack

Loved the resolution; worth waiting for. Nice touch that Sam agonizes over the loss of a teammate; such reactions happened quickly if at all on tv. Jack's invite to the cabin for Sam's R&R: excellent!
