Reviews for The Winds of God
Swashbucklist chapter 7 . 2/6/2011
My aim to finish reading your Green Hornet trilogy before seeing the movie (which was the funnest theater experience I've had so far this year) was not met. But still, these are great stories. I'm always impressed how well you balance the drama, mystery, and action, and how everyone's dialog is in context. I liked the ending, which was almost as moving as Seeds of Destiny but for the obvious (and exciting) lead-in to the next adventure, and am excited to read the third and final one.

Excellent story - and captures the characters very well.

for all readers of seeds of destiny and winds of god.

I'm sorry i have not yet put out the third installment of this triology. :( unfortunately it's taking me a lot longer to complete the first draft than i thought it would take. it will be submitted as soon as it is completed and put in a readable shape. hopefully it will be posted by the end of this year. at least i hope so.

i hope that the wait will be considered well worth it.

again, my apologies,

Carol chapter 5 . 2/25/2002
Thoroughly enjoyed it, Pat! I like the way you poke a little fun at organized religion in your story-and I like the colorful way you portray your characters too. Keep it up, girlfriend! I'd like to see MORE!

Gzl chapter 1 . 11/29/2001
For some reason my previous note did not show up in the reviews! Anyway I love you stories and I hope that you will post more soon. They are gripping and involving and I like your characterisations.
Gzl chapter 1 . 9/26/2001
Finished reading all these and loved them. Please post more soon.
Eloria chapter 7 . 6/4/2001
That, was rather rude. If you are going to post a story have the courtesy to post the whole thing please. Anyway, on to the comments I was going to make before I read the epilogue. This story is definately darker in tone than I expected especially after the almost cheerful adventurism of the first book. The conflict between day and night identies is something usually found in The Shadow or Batman and since I know very little about the Green Hornet it came as a surprise. I like the story a lot so please get the next book out before December?
Lisa chapter 7 . 5/20/2001
Once again, Excellent! There was a lot going on in this story, but you never overdid it. You obviously know how to keep a reader wanting more. As with "Seeds of Destiny," there was a strong, fast-paced plot... At times, I couldn't read fast enough. You continue to have a good grip on the characters. I look forward to seeing what you will do with them next. I liked the addition of Britt and Casey's kids (and got a kick out of their names). Will John carry on as the Green Hornet? Who exactly is Jacques La Blanc?

I hope the next installment of your series will be up soon. That was one hell of a teaser you left for us all. The return of Shannon de la Culebra and Hakenkrueze, a rival newspaper publisher, a missing nuclear device, a mysterious man in black... Wow!
Shelly chapter 7 . 5/7/2001
This story was incredible! I really hope you continue with the series-I'd love to see how things progress! Keep writing!
Shelly chapter 4 . 4/26/2001
Please write more soon! This is great!
