Please update this fanfic. I love it. It's been more than 4 years . Please...

I love how you are able to balance his mysterious past, yet still progress his character and story without leaving holes to be answered later. When other authors do that, in hopes of providing a secretive tone and subtle machinations, it often leaves me confused. But in yor hands, there is just enough hidden to capture my attention, and hints revealed to leave me semi-satisfied.

Also, the last paragraph of ch. 3 literally gave me chills. It was freaking epic.

I read Archetype several years ago on another site, and absolutely loved it. Then somehow I lost the link to the site where I'd read it, and then I ultimately forgot about it until recently (I got a few comics for Xmas that have put me on an X-Men kick :D). Was happy to find that you've put it on here. And now I'm looking forward to reading the whole story again since I have no clue where I left off :D

Archetype was one of the first X-Men fanfics I ever read, and it's one of my favorite fanfics in any category.

I love the way Will is blending the Mutants that he is working with in Hawaii with the local population. It may not fit what Magneto may want, but I don't think that Eric is going to argue too much over it. As far as the firearms training, it sounds like a good idea. Keep the team trained in a manner that if something comes up, and they can't use their powers, they have something else to fall back on. Of course, with Logan, that's a gimme. Logan's background as a spy makes it easy for him to use weapons. One small request though: Stop being so slow in getting chapters out! Its agony only seeing a new chapter once a year or so!

Fantastic story! I really enjoyed it and the dynamic of Will and Rogue, from the beginning his power has been conceptually interesting and how it has changed since then!

I am aware it has been awhile, but an ending would be fantastic no matter when :)

Great story. It certainly has some strange characters that I've never heard about from Marvel Comics but you wrote them well. I hope this story doesn't stay abandoned. Good luck with real life. :)

I greatly enjoyed this entire story. Although Will seems to approach Stu levels at times, I found him to be a believable and sympathetic character. The story line is good, and the character interaction in between the action is well dispersed. I sincerely hope that you continue to write this story, and I'll continue to await it's conclusion, however belated it is.

Read this in a couple of sittings, only broken up by sleep and mealtimes. In a word, fantastic.

I'm one of those who are "casual" fans of the comic characters; the problem is, the comic universe is too goddamn large. I'm an avid readers, but comics aren't cheap, and as I grew up I was continually frustrated by only having stray glimpses into the comic universe. I'd really love to sit down one day and read everything... but sadly that appears to be impossible.

Hence fanfiction. After reading bunches of stories over the years I sortof get a feel for the characters. And your story is one of the great ones, covering a pretty wide range of them, and introducing a new character who, while seemingly overpowered, is at least handled in a human manner. I love it.

Since I began following your story (it was 58 chapters then .), I have considered the updates in chapters a pleasure to become reacquainted with one of my favorite characters created for fanfiction.
