couldnt finish it because fluff makes me sick to my stomach but i really liked how u did this opening; emotional and discripted, a good opening hook. but u dont need to go into much detail of what the character looks like all at once.

again just my own opinion, use it or lose it

Kim and Ron are well designed.

Some of the details are questionable; but at least to didn't cross the line like some authers do.

All in all, this was very very well done. Good mix of action and romance. The flashbacks were also used to good effect to give the story depth. Futhermore, the humor through was a nice mix and the ending was particularly well done. Not to mention the character were all very believable and in character. Awesome job. You're definately going to be on my author alert list now. Keep up the good work!
