The stories pretty good, although it would't hurt to have a bit longer chapters. I do like the idea though. Brilliant. I have always wanted to see Kaiba in a situation like that. Not for too long though, I like his tough guy in-your-face atitude. But it is a good story and I can't wait to see how it ends!_~

One thing you might want to do is write the word for numbers, instead of the numbers itself (eg, five instead of 5). A general rule is any number over ten, you write the number (eg, 15) but ten and under, you write the word. Other than that I didn't see any spelling/grammar mistakes, and of course it's always a relief to find an author that uses good grammar! *beam* Thanks!

i really like the premise of this story _ although i personally thinky ou could have done a better job of expalining the situation in the beginning, maybe you have plans for flashbacks alter or something, so whatever flaots your boat.

And every rival who has ever tried has ended up dead. Ask Dartz. I simply hope that these "new people" (my, they must not hold much hope for their future, taking on the group name of the FIRST people who were crushed by Seto.) are destroyed and defeated as all the others are. KaibaCorp is Seto's means of protecting Mokuba from everything from invading aliens to dandruff, and he won't ever give up on it.

Don't forget that Yuugi will help Seto without even needing to be asked, and usually when Seto is insisting that he not do it in the first place. So will all the others. Pegasus would as well, since during Doma he was rather quite the nice fellow, if a bit weird.

In essence, people who go up against Seto have an almost 100% death rate. That should not change.

Ooh! I really love the plot! And the way you executed it was excellent! _ Keep writing, please! I want to see what happens next!
