This was the first longish L/L fic I've read since watching GG. Gotta say, it was a little different from the show, and I understood your AU warning, so that didn't deter me a bit from the affair concept. I actually really enjoyed this.

Wow, this story was just amazing. I honestly loved all 3 WLB stories. I really hope that you end up writing a 4th one. You and Annick are such great writers. I'm always just amazed. This has definitely become one of my favorite stories though. I remember seeing it in a lot of people's favorites and your profile but I thought that it was too long to read. Boy was I wrong. I am so glad that I read When Love Betrays because that was the inspiration for me reading the other two. Great job you guys. I hope to see more stories from you. :)

Great story, at one one point, think it might have been chapter 3-6, i didnt want to continue because i was pissed off, lol. I didnt like to think that Lorelai would be willing to cheat on Max, even if she loved Luke. and then when she finally told Max and Rory, I was crushed because i couldnt imagine ever being in the position Rory was in. But i'm glad I kept going, I liked the ending. Though i liked What Lies Beneath a lot more :)

OMG, I started reading this at work many hrs ago. I only got thru the first chapter b/c, well, i was at work. But when I got home, I put aside everything b/c I was actually excited and could think of nothing else other than this story. Pretty sad, but at this point, i do not hardly care. That story was nothing short of amazing. It was perfect. The way you described Lorelai's feelings, the characters of Luke and Lorelai, was incredible. I have been unable to take my eyes off of this screen for a long time now, so needless to say, my vision is shot for the next cpl of hrs, but I'm headed to bed so it's okay. I can not begin to tell you how hard it is for me to find a fic that I really really enjoy...one that makes it seem REAL to me (that L/L connection). Either the author does 'this' too soon or makes 'that' too arbitrary...it's always something...so though I enjoy lots of fics, not a lot completely stand out to me. Those that do get thrown on my favorites list with the quickness. I'll even admit that my own fics don't always pass the test. It's a very high bar- a very high bar! This story had me laughing, VERY anxious, teary-eyed, etc, etc. Simply amazing. I'm just glad I found this when I did and not a year and a half ago. I would have completely lost my mind waiting on updates. COMPLETELY. Just...bravo!

omg, ur story was amazing! i started reading it about a week ago and finished up the last 3 chapters last night. i had such a yearning to read it in those few quick days; i cant even begin to imagine what itd be like to read it over the course of 5 months! it was so well written and the characters and drama were so real. i always wondered what her life would have been if she married Max in season 1 and u captured that so beautifully. and tho it was slightly OOC for her 2 be committing adultery, it was still so good...all because it was Luke she wanted 2 be with. thanks so much for the happy ending as well, it's always good when the reader gets what they want lol! cant wait to read ur other WLB fic (when love betrays). thanks again for such a good read! :)

This has got to be one of the hardest stories I have read here. My stomach twisted in knots when I read that Lorelai was moving to Hartford I couldn’t believe it. I had been putting this story of for two reasons. One I hate angst stories with a passion especially hard core angst. Second, Lorelai marries Max I know that sounds childish but I don’t like him because she obviously belongs with Luke. Ok, so anyways, I was putting this story off and I really didn’t want to read it but for some reason I started to and I couldn’t stop. I love all of your stories…wait let me rephrase that…all of your stories that I have read I loved. It is now 1:26 to be exact in the morning I have been reading this story for a couple of hours and it was well worth it. I hate that Lorelai cheated on Max but I hate that she got married even more. Unfortunately, I don’t hate this story, I am sure you are offended right now so I will explain myself. I had my mindset that this story would be bad and, I don’t mean written wise because both of you are very talented writers, but story line bad but I was wrong. You have proven me wrong I am happy that I read this story. I am going to go now because it is well past my bed time and I have to wake up early. I hope this review makes sense and you understand it. I keep reading it over and over but it all sounds…blah…now I know that I really have to go because I just used the word BLAH and I don’t even know if that is a word right now. My brain is clouded with sleep right now so I am for really going now lol. You are amazing and talented writers I hope that you continue writing Gilmore Girls fanfiction.

I like the story, it's written well, but I don't really like the plot. You are making Lorelai out to be a cold-hearted witch. I'm she is hurting, lieing, cheating on Max, and I don't like Max but it is not Lorelai behavoir, Nicole maybe but not Lorelai.

Theres a few grammer mistakes in the earlier chapters

wait instead of weight

too instead of two

And a few more. But it was still an enjoyable story,even if the characters were way off. Both Luke and Lorelai. As if that would ever happen, like she'd marry Max after being with Luke! And then stay with him for soo long...Even still, I read it all, and liked it...If you need a beta for your next story...

WOW, that was a great story. That was really good writing. I think this has to be one of my favorite stories that i have read on here and believe me i've read alot. Again really good writing. i loved this story

He! I couldn't stop reading. Got a bit late because of it. Loved it. You probably heard the rumors ASP maybe won't be around for the 7th year of GG (although I seriously doubt that). Still, I am very relieved and optimistic now that there are other people around that can write so great and stay so close to the fantastic GG-characters !

ONE BIG HUGE STANDING OVATION FOR YOU! Serious, that was amazing! The story was fantastic, witty and interesting; the character were exactly, perfectly on cue; and who doesn't love a happy ending? What an extreme pleasure it has been to read this! and i think this : Sure he wasn’t the smartest guy to put two and two together but hell, he knew you got four.: is one of the funniest lines I've read..certainly one of my favorites!
