This was so beautifully written, and it fits perfectly with JCS. I knew I couldn't be the only person to see all the slashy subtext in that musical.

I really, really liked this. In fact, this is probably the third time I've read it in the past couple of months. It is well-written, and it is a very interesting fill-in between "Simon Zealotes" and "The Temple," especially considering the fact that Judas is the only character left onstage with Jesus after the bit about "to conquer death..." I realize you wrote this fic three years ago, but I still had to let you know how much I like it:-)

Maybe it's just that I was younger and much, MUCH more innocent the last time I watched it (years ago now, before I accidentally stumbled upon the world of slash fandom and was corrupted forever...), but I saw the 20 version today and suddenly my corrupted little mind was dragging me right back to my home in the special hell... The unresolved sexual tension there practically leapt off the screen and assaulted me!
