Ah, I LOVED this! Many of the stories I read here are fruitless attempts to imitate the style of speech used in the film, but you seem to do so effortlessly, therefore rendering your dialogue incredibly believable. Your prose was wonderful as well, and I especially loved the last few lines. I know you published this years ago, but I hope you have been keeping up the good work! (-:

Very nice story. I'm sure those early years cemented their love for each other and with a mother like Olympias, Alexander definitely needed someone to love him for himself.

Very well written! There arent many slash fics of Alexander, but thank god there are some this good. lol

Very, very nice. I especially liked the little glimpse into the future, that it was Alexander would smear the kohl around Hephaistion's eyes. Didn't he look gorgeous? ;)
