| EightofSwords chapter 1 . 6/4/2005 Ooh, very suspenseful. I like this whole thign with people getting jumped (by something) after dark. Very intriguing premise. In addition, I always like stories where it is characters' kindness that gets them into trouble - like how Fujitaka's generosity in going to help Sonomi-san got him hurt. Call it sadistic, but it's enjoyable irony. Um - tryign to think of some way to improve the story, because I always feel bad if I don't give suggestions in reviews... maybe give a bit more character to the girls. Maybe you do this in later chapters (I've only read this first one so far!), but stories are always far more interestign and meaningful when the character has quirks that the reader can learn and recognize. Kind of like Tomoyo's obsession with filming Sakura. Can't wait to see some Syaoran! |
