I've read your story over at Ad Astra and came over here reread it. But I think you should know that you've put chapter two of The Lady Grey up instead of chapter two of Balancing Equations so this chapter seems to come from nowhere and is fairly confusing.

This story is the kind of diamond in the rough that I hope to, but rarely, find when I'm on . I've already read the rest of On the Nature of the Wind on your livejournal, and about a third of the Arc of the Wolf, and not once have I felt like I was reading fanfiction. I've felt as if I have been reading a book on the internet.

I'm no writer, so I can rightly comment on that except to say that it feels professional. I do however know a good story when I see one, and this is a very good story. I feel for Corry and Scott throughout everything. I was afraid for the Lady Gray during the fire and the storm, I had a heavy heart during Junkyard Dogs when Jay leaves, and in Faithful when Scott shows up with Corry's parents I found myself grinning widely. I've had to remind myself that this is fanfiction and not Scotty's actual past. You write both the serious and the light chapters well.

I've enjoyed reading what you've written very much. Good luck to you in whatever endeavors you have, and if to be published is your goal I sincerely hope you reach it.
