woohooo,I finally finished reading this after a week's reading, and all the time spent is worthy! This is really a good story, sweet and profound, and brought me some thoughts about what a elf thinking about death, especially for what Arwen did in the original book. I had never considered Arwen's mortality choose as some really great thing, but I have changed my mind. The description of Thranduil's care and anger made me started to think that It's really a hard decision for Arwen and Elrond and her brothers and so on. And the chose of Erlos, the gift from Iluvatar...what is it that really counts, immortality or passion for a short life? Anyway its a good qiestion. And this is really a great fan work!
