Very well written story. Yoshimitsu is my favorite Tekken character, and to see the relationship expanded between he and Kunimitsu in such a way made for wonderful reading. Well done, and thank you for writing it!

Well, that was pretty cool. Tekken Tag 2's Yoshimitsu and Kunimitsu's moves, outfits and stuff made me search everything about them arond the web. This story took me back to Tekken 2... or Tekken Tag 2 one more time. Very well written, characters are quite believeable... Very good, yes. I just hope, Kunimitsu will still be able to steal Yoshimitsu's sword for her grandfather... but that's another story.

Tbh I didn't think I would this like story, mainly because I thought it was going to be a run of the mill gushy romance fic( that and I'm not 100% into kuni x yoshi). But this is one of best fanfics I have ever read. To think this was your first one! Lengthiy, well written, intresting ocs and smart. This is truly a masterpiece of a fic. A jewel for any yoshimitsu or kunimitsu fan

What an amazing climax. From the naming ceremony, to the final confrontation before Yoshimitsu and Kunimitsu, to the sad goodbye. You really gave this story your all, and it wound up looking like a million bucks. I am quite happy to have read this story: gets me pumped for the upcoming Tekken 6!

It took you ten months to make this chapter? I must say, I am thoroughly impressive because I could never stay devoted to a single chapter for so long. This chapter was a labor of love, and it really showed. Pulse-pounding action, great characterization, and an amazing climax. Even your side characters have come into their own, especially Kitsune and Hiroyuki.

Lady Dokuja seems to be the sole bright spot in the legion of dim bulbs that are the Black Pheasant Syndicate. You'd think they'd be better prepared against surprise attacks in the dark, being ninjas themselves!

What an intense chapter! Not only did Kunimitsu come into a new light as someone who is still torn between her conscience and her revenge, but the Black Pheasants came into their own as total fiends! Killing Kanzashi like that: what an absolutely vile person that Kenka is!

Her last words and subsequent funeral were very touching, as well. I look forward to what happens next with great anticipation!

Oh no, Yoshimitsu has been shot! What to do, what to do!

Three chapters in, and already the quality of writing has improved drastically. This is quite an enjoyable tale that you've spun, and the premise is quite refreshing compared to what I normally read in Tekken fanfiction. I particularly liked the explanation of why Kunimitsu was a guy in Tekken 1 but a girl in Tekken 2.

Interesting. At first I suspected Kunimitsu might be under the employ of the Black Pheasants as a means to an end, but I guess that theory is out the window! This lady Dokuja seems like an interesting character, and hopefully she'll make a good main villain for this story.

And look, Kunimitsu saves the day! But how long will that last?

Are you sure you were only 15 when you wrote this, because this is on par with someone 4-5 years older! Sure, there are some strange parts like when the scene suddenly changes a paragraph later, but that can easily be overlooked by how much care you put into grammar.

I like the dream sequence very much: it gives a great sense of foreshadowing and shows how Yoshimitsu feels partially responsible for Kunimitsu's disapperance. The ending where Kunimitsu returns and becomes torn inside is also great, and displays a likewise sense of misgiving.

Hey, I remember you from IGN and recall you posting this story there. I've had it with that message board, so I hardly visit anymore. Anyway, back to the main topic.

I must admit, I'm not fond of Yoshimitsu, or at least not as much as I used to be. Back when I didn't have a Playstation or Tekken and my friend did, he was one of my favorites just because he had a cool appearance and a badass sword. Ever since I got Tekken 5, I have my share of favs and I usually tend to read stories based around them. However, I do check out other fics about other characters out of curiosity.

I decided to give this story a look, especially since Yoshimitsu fics are a rarity on here. You made me see Yoshimitsu in a way I've never imagined before. I like the whole sense of brotherhood he has with his clansmen, his Robin Hood nature, and his relationship with Dr. Bonskonovitch. Plus, him trying to help out Kunimitsu despite the bad things she's done. He still saw good in her when nobody else did. Sounds like you put a lot of work into this.

I also read this fic because I'm going to have Yoshimitsu in one of my upcoming stories and I wanted to see someone's take on him to get an idea on how to write him. I must say reading your fic was more than helpful to me.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I enjoyed your fic and I'm glad you managed to finish it so I had the pleasure of reading it in its entirety.
