i don't know if you are doing that in purpose, but DRACO HAS RIGHT. Harry's personality is like in a books, but the rest (Snape, McGonagall, Tonks, Hermione...) are so much unfair.
I mean - Harry may injured Draco by accident, but it is still his fault and he SHOULD be punnished. He wasn't thinking, he was careless. His actions directly caused Draco's injury. The fact that Draco didn't die (involuntary manslaughter) doesn't change it.
Draco is right, Harry should be punnished. And characters acting like nothing and "Harry doesn't do it on purpose"? They ARE treating him like a golden boy and Draco has double right.

I really hope they will realise that.
