![]() ![]() ![]() This was interesting, I liked how the finding of Adhemar was the main point of the story but we also got to see the other characters as well and the problems and events they had in their lives such as Kate and Giles and Jocelyn's pregnancy. Slightly modern but also middle agey as well, interesting to see how the relationships progressed. The pairing of Adhemar and Christiana was good and I liked how not everything was magically fixed but they are going to work through it anyway. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was absolutely amazing! I love how well rounded all the characters are, even those from the movie. Absolutely amazing. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow. O.o I read the whole thing. I love the plot, it's really realistic. :D Great job! :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aw. I like the way you write. Very detailed and doesn't make one dizzy. :D I'll read more. -alerts!- |
![]() ![]() ![]() Bravo! An amazing read, for sure. Love, love, loved it! You did a wonderful job of keeping most of the characters in character, and i know a lot of writers really have a hard time with that. Wonderful story! Well done! |
![]() ![]() BRAVO! Well written while still keeping the story fresh and entertaining! Did I mention it also staid close to the movie? Well it does! :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I read this story before. I could not believe it. It is the most masterfully written story I've read about the Count. And I loved it. A fitting end for the cruel, heartless man. However, the fact that he learned to love shows he wasn';t completely heartless. I would nOt wish rape on my worst enemy, and I am not saying that is what he deserved. I just mean he neded humbled. Anyway, GREAT STURY! YOU'RE A WONDERFUL AUTHOR! YOU'RE BEING ADDED TO MY FAVORITES FOR BOTH STORIES AND AUTHORS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was extremely well written! I loved it. It had all of my favorite couples from the movie: Will/Jocelyn, Roland/Christiana, Wat/Kate. It's great that Adhemar turned out to be human, which we didn't really see in the movie. Are you going to do a sequel? This is going on my favorites list. |
![]() ![]() ![]() very well written. i love it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() way awesome |
![]() ![]() ![]() This story is amazing. You captured each characters personality, and you made an excellent story out of it. Bravo! |
![]() ![]() oh thank you, for the story! one quibble. when Christiana brings Adhemar "a pile" of books, it couldn't have been too many, this being before the printing press. Henry V (1387-1422) had six handwritten books, three of them on loan from a nunnery. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I just thought I'd take this time to let you know that I think you're an amazing writer. This is the second piece of yours that I've read (the first being the fanfiction "Wooing Kate") and I loved them both. I enjoy your writing style, especially the way you portray the characters. They are so true to the film it's almost as if you were one of the screenwriters themselves. It is a practically seamless transition from film to page (or screen, in this case). I also like how you write in a section that usually doesn't receive very much attention - I love "A Kight's Tale" and it's great to see someone who seems to love it as much as I do! I look forward to reading more of your work in the future, whether in this section or in others. Cheers. - blue - |

![]() ![]() ![]() The snake showed his fangs. They can never stay in their hole for long. They have to come out and reek havoc. Come on, Adhemar! Do what you do best! Once a soldier, always a soldier they say… |
