It took me 20 years before I realized that Gundam Wing is my favorite anime.. And it took me for awhile to rewatch the whole anime and knowing that there's a sequel called the "Frozen Teardrop" Ms. Authornim this fanfic is so absorbed and I just wanted to read some chapters but I've ended up read until the last chapter.. And its so hearbreaking especially the 5 chapters and I can't believe it that you relena has been died.. And I'm still crying until now.. The story and the plot was well organize (if this is the word fit in) although it took so long the investigation about the assassination attempt.. And its kinda pissed me off that relena was poisoned because of that lunatic secretary of her.. And for heero he was a jerk at the first 10 chapters but he managed to keep in up to relena.. If I were given up a rating of 1/10 i would give my 10 because i do love the story.. Congratulations authornim.. I hope if your going or keep going to write again about heero and relena maybe next it would be really a happy ending.. Lovelots!

Wow that was incredibly emotional.

The last chapter literally ripped and broke my heart. I was grossly sobbing by the end of it. I think this is literally one of the best Heero x Relena stories I've read on this site, and there are a lot of quality 1xR too, so that's definitely saying something. The title is so apt to the plot. I love the characterizations and the portrayal of Heero and Relena's relationship here. It really makes you think. I'm so glad I found this gem. Thank you so much for such a wonderful read.

Omg. I cried. No, I bawled my eyes out. Such a heart-wrenching story. Beautifully written... although, I've been hoping for a happy ending. I love this story. You did the characters justice and ugh.. why am I still crying? Lol.

at first i hated heero for being an ass.. damn! sleeping with prostitutes! that's foul the he got to have relena.. anywaaaaaayyyyyy.. i still love the story but i hope relena didnt die so that heero would have a happy family.. I must admit: It took me till the last chapter to accept it: you killed Relena. I hated it and I loved it. Hated it because, obviously, it was sad, heartbreaking... everyhting was perfect... and then, that was what made this fanfic so unforgetable, it was real, because not everything ends up OK.

this..is..so..sad. [[ breaks my heart! it's cute, yes. Ive always liked it when Relena has to be tough and go through pain cuz for some reason i like it better when the women tough it out and be strong. but die? so sad. either way, good story.

I honestly don't know whether I've reviewed this story before or not, but I know that I have read it previously back in my freshman year of college. I loved this story when I read it then, and years later, it has made me cry again. I had tears running down my face as I read this last chapter. It's very in character that Relena would give her life for her child, but I think some of the dialogue with others besides Heero and Relena is a bit jilted or out of character at times (more so with Wufei, really). That said, I still loved this story, and I loved seeing Heero as such a great father!
