So sad that this fic will never be completed. I wish that I'd been active in the fandom back when this was being written so that I could have let you know how much I love it. RIP.

I'm not entirely sure of the protocol for reviewing abandoned works, or even just older works in general, but I'd just like to tell you that I've really enjoyed this one! Your writing is a joy to read, and I'm sad that I've only found it now, when you seem to have migrated away from this profile. I hope film school (right? Ok all in all the story's good. The plot seems interesting and it's well-written (spelling, grammar etc.).
I don't know wether you did it on purpose or not, but Kenshin's eyes are not amber. They're purplish blue. They only get amber/golden if Kenshin gets angry.
So if you did it on purpose and I offended you, I apologize.

I rather abruptly realized that this fic was not in fact on my favorites list and was utterly baffled by that fact, give that it's among the best Kenshin fic I've read. As I'm sure you've been told, your characterization is spot on, the interactions are perfect, and you have a knack for pacing. In short, it's excellent, so great job.
