Anyway, I loved it. I simply loved it. You are a most talented writer. You interpretation of Jack Sparrow is simply wonderful, it made my heart melt! *squee* That last line was such a killer! "I'm captain Jack Kendrick!" Huzzah! OMG YAY, J/E goodness! XD No really, we fans got so screwed by the 3rd movie installation that your AU is a gift of gold!

Wow, I do sound like a complete idiot. I'm not. Usually, at least. I swear. But my brother-in-law just had surgery on his arm and can't lift anything, my sister just started her new job, and they have a 9 month old baby girl (who is very adorable- even thought she smells -indeed!) Which means that most of my day is spent chasing after something bearing a rather striking resemblance to a very cute Whirling Vortex of Doom, and yelling at said Vortex of Doom's father not to use his arm, because then it will take longer to heal-

none of which you needed to know, but I thought I'd share it with you anyway in place of the nice, long, thorough and truly appreciative review "Silence" deserves.

For now, I say this:

it is most pleasant to see a glint of ol' Cap'n Jack Sparrow again- you write him so amazingly well, every bit as untrustworthy as he ought to be, yet with that niggling sense that he's... at least AWARE of when he's neglecting his conscience. And Mr. Jack Kendrick is so wonderfully... desaturated. Like all of his colors are muted, and he's just a shade of who he was...

alright, 'm truly just too exhausted to continue...

I hope I'll be able to finish/begin this review, for REAL, but for now, my hat, were I wearing one, is off to you.

Oh jeez! I really hope you can update soon. I REALLY like this fan fic and I love all of the J/E-ness. It's so cute, especially that last scene between them before Jack went to talk to Gibbs. I really wanna see what's gonna happen next. What will Will do? Where will Jack and Lizzie end up (relationshipwise and other things)? What are Norrington and Annamaria planning? Ugh, I so wanna know!

P.S...I'm supporting the idea of Norrington/Annamaria here...Just to let ya know. XD

Holy Mary. Yet again, I am convinced that I need to put away my pen and ink (so to speak) and never bother writing another word. You are, my dear, simply and utterly astounding. I nearly spit out my water several times from the clever dialogue, and I've been hooked for the last hour as I read through all this.

Only complaint? No smut. But that's me, hardcore J/E shipper and smutty to boot. *grin* But seriously, this is just mindblowingly good. Thanks everso for the great read. I look forward to what the future brings.

Just stumbled across this a few days ago when it was rec'd on one of the J/E communities over on LJ. I've enjoyed it thus far immensely. And just to insert a bit of fangirl into my review...any chance of a little J/E action before the end? Would hate for them to have spent so much time together and nothing come of it.
