Oh, dear RA! I absolutely LOVED this! You two are simply Dee-VINE! I am strongly reminded of Gollum... why? I have no idea .-. What's really scary is how you wrote that is mostly how I think... words running together and sayings that only I know the meanings of. A peek into Malik and Mariks head... not as scary as I thought and definately seductive... maybe because I can relate? I love the pairing, but man, the writing style was brilliant! I agree with what one of the other reviewers said, it's like you can hear itmore than see it, aside from these little glimpses that just make it that much better! XD

I just thought that, Dia-sama, this branch of your style is really different to most writing in the way that...it implies sound more than it does image, at least to me, in some spots. Most people write so you can see things, but this was written so you could hear things. The scenes were subtle - enticing because of that. I just like the way the word descriptions were combined - the scenes were playing themselves out slowly with deep, echoing chords that flowed and ebbed as time went on, and the words were swaying along with the rhythm...I don't know what I'm saying but that's what it felt like...

How _is_ it that I can hear things, anyway? "Softsilk hair goes flyflyflying and hides lying lying lying hikari's eyes." And I can hear the swish whistling through the air. It wasn't said but I could hear it. Why is that? I feel so stupid sometimes because I can't really understand directly. Or maybe it's just one of those 'feel' things that register on their own but only come out as blubbering.

...I like the combination-words so much. _ They make it more tangible and three-dimensional, emphasize the rhythm of descriptions and actions and emotions in a style that's never used except in poetry - it could be compared to poetry...

Poetic chopped up smoothness, however strange that may sound. O_o

I read the first part over again also (and Neko-chan, it _was_ good, dammit! XP); sometimes the entire thing doesn't seep into my thick skull until I'm in a clearer mood (which I was NOT in last time). In the two, personally I lean toward "Wait/Frozen" more, though I might be biased toward that, it being the first collab and the first jolt of shock, and my favorite pairing _. These two parts could stand alone as well as together, but "Wait/Frozen" was something that worked surprisingly well when the two parts were put together. This was like two shiny objects on a velvety cloth, both wonderful, but could be put on two velvet cloths without losing their shine :)

I'm sure all the meaning in my rambling could be summed up in a few lines, but noo~oo, I have to be the incoherent babbling moron here, don't I? Still... *happy cackle*
