*Stares* New to the FFX fandom, and being a yaoi fangirl I looked up this pairing, and the first one I read is practically angst? Still, this was very well done. The thoughts and despair was very well portrayed, and I can't help but sympathize with Tidus. Why do main protaganists always sacrifice themselves for the good of others?

You know what's sad is that someone made a complete knockoff of this fic down to the detail practically, and I had the misfortune of reading that one first. However, your skills of writing are 100% better. I love your detail and description. Even if Tidus is a bit OOC, it worked out. I've been looking for a Auron/Tidus fic and I'm sure I'll love your sequel. Congratulations on a great fic!
