Reviews for A Hero is Made
Bio RL chapter 6 . 10/6
The story is disgusting, you made Ochaco with a completely new personality but Izuku seems to still have the personality he had since he was a child.
Earl John Diawatan chapter 1 . 9/17
I’m out as soon I heard that Ochaco is the wife, I gots to go.
Shin chapter 8 . 9/13
That seems to be a comic book/superhero staple..even if your power isn't increased durability you tend to have it by default..keeps you from getting killed by being punched by someone with super strength..like the Hulk..though even if you have better durability it won't stop you from getting wrecked..like how when Doc Ock mind switched with Peter Parker to become Spider-Man and punched Scorpion's jaw clean off cause he hit with full power without realizing just how strong Spider-Man actually is cause he holds back so as not to outright kill most of his rogue gallery..
bauers374 chapter 4 . 9/10
Eri better say she loves him 3000
bauers374 chapter 8 . 9/10
Was the mention of "Gonna have one the old fashioned way" a reference to Guardians of The Galaxy Vol 2?
bauers374 chapter 8 . 9/10
Given all the swearing, I'm betting the Third Seller is Bakugou...
acosta perez jose ramiro chapter 8 . 9/8
Cool updating here.

Also, about the whole 'people in MHA is stronger', in many cases that's because they need more resistance to survive their quirks. Bakugo basically is a walking, living bazooka; he needs a very resilient body or he'd have destroyed himself years ago.

Keep the good writing.
Ryuzaki Uchida chapter 8 . 9/8
A really good chapter seeing him on action in the field them his interactions with Friends and lastly his family was good and gosh Eri is so cute, can't wait to see his Challenges ahead.
PasiveNox chapter 8 . 9/8
Yeah great chapter
UnlawfulGentleman chapter 8 . 9/8
The main reason I've decided to follow this today is highlighted best in this chapter: the bridge between Izuku Midoriya and Tony Stark is extremely, extremely well-done. He has none of Stark's arrogance, not a whole lot of his flaws and he's significantly less of a threat to the public in his suit. Despite that the way Izuku not-quite-abuses his wealth allows him plenty of similarities to Tony, his drive to get his tech out of the hands of villains as well as his natural heroic inclinations mirrors Tony in a lot of ways and while he's in no way smooth, Izuku still manages to talk his way through things in a very unique manner.

It just comes off very natural and the best of both worlds.

Good to hear the days of naysayers are numbered, since although it isn't quite a drag it just kinda reeks of the same attitude that the world seems to have against the Quirkless. It'll be nice to have results to quiet them. Well that and suits. I imagine at some point Izuku won't be satisfied with "can be damaged by Bakugo and Mirio" and will build a Might-/Nomubuster suit to counteract that.

In all, keep up the fantastic work!
PEJP BengtZone V2 chapter 8 . 9/8
Was the flight-independent super speed properties of suit included so that Izuku would not have a need to build a Speedsuit version of the Iron Man armor that, in addition to incorporating both Shock Absorption and Heat Resistance (in response to friction), would have allowed Izuku to emulate the Iida brothers' respective versions of Engine quirk?

I guess that means there will be no Spidermanesque variety that emulates not just the climbing-and-leaping properties of Tsu-chan's Frog quirk, but also enable Izuku to function as a human ricochet by mimicking the powers of Gran Torino's Jet quirk, or at least the retired/deceased, agency-independent Pro Hero's skills and movements.

I wonder if Gunhead and/or Mirko are not only still around, but also willing to help Izuku become a Quirk-Independent Combatant?
At least those two put themselves above sadism despite being willing to tease people once-in-a-while, so they would not misuse their position as trainers to treat Izuku poorly.
Havel the Hebel chapter 8 . 9/8
bruhh... are there no heroic proficiency examination in Japan? izuku should take it.
Nabe-Chan chapter 1 . 9/8
lol. another ochako. im out.
Im The Person chapter 8 . 9/8
I liked this chapter (and the previous one which I missed). Nice job.

Just a correction on your Authors Note though. I’m pretty sure it’s not people in the MHA universe that are naturally stronger, just anime people in general. I can’t even begin to count how many times I’ve seen an average dude, let’s say, fall down a bunch of flights of stairs and only come out with a mere bruise. Stain trained hard for his strength and Bakugo... I don’t really have an excuse for that one. But I’m pretty sure it’s just anime logic and not solely MHA logic.
All-Bite chapter 8 . 9/8
This is really an amazing story, in fact all your stories are truly amazing! Keep up the good work, your writing style is fantastic! tbh I wish I had your skills.
