I had to read again to realize that Truth only took a piece of his ankle and not his entire foot. And I'm guessing that could be healed over a period of time, especially with Quirks.

Interesting differences, All Might being Armstrong and Truth wanting AFO to learn his place lol

Hmm, interesting update with Truth... You probably made him too reasonable since he was uncaring of the reason of either the willing or unwilling participants in the manga. But I am getting the feeling this won't be his only visit. Will he be able to use all the other formulas he made for his glove without them or will you be limiting him to the Elric brother methods?

This is good but in what universe are gods nice and reasonable beings. I thought Izuku would lose some limbs at least an arm.

This is your story so I’m just gonna rant a bit because I’m slightly disappointed with Truth in this. My disappointment stems from that weak toll they took. When Truth takes a toll, they don’t give a rats ass what the reason behind the intention was, or how old the ones preforming the act are. The whole point of the toll is a double meaning, first congratulations on being skilled enough that the secrets of Alchemy are now at your disposal. Second taking the toll is the price for playing god.

You made Truth too reasonable in this. I mean seriously, the toll Izuku pays is a small patch of skin. Edward loses a dang Leg, Alphonse loses his entire being, thus Edward has to sacrifice his arm just to get his soul back. Izumi loses so much of her internal organs she is prone to bouts of vomiting blood, and loses the ability to ever reproduce ever again. Mustang wasn’t even a willing participant in the ritual and he still lost his eyes.

With all that, you’re trying to tell me he suddenly decides to be merciful. Sorry but no, I don’t buy it. I’m pretty sure you agonized trying to think of something suitable Izuku could pay for the price but kept coming up empty, but this was a cop out, pure and simple. You had nothing so you took nothing, but I’m pretty sure (like right now for instance) you predicted some would call BS if Truth didn’t take anything, so you took so little believing it was enough.

Sorry nope, not buying it. Sadly I can’t really stop you, this is your story, but I feel this choice you made really reflects poorly on you. It shows the directions as well as the risks you’re willing to take. All they illustrate is you’re going to handle this story poorly.

...Mei's gonna be the Winry to Izuku's Edward isn't she?...Now the question is does he lose the leg or the arm..cause Ed only lost both because he transmuted Al's soul into the arm after he lost his leg trying to transmute their mother while Al lost his body. Now that Izuku's seen the Gate of Truth he doesn't need his circles as much..cause last I remember he didn't do Mustang's snap thing in the show without the gloves so for things like that he would still need the circle but basic transmutation he won't. Also..I hope Mei gets a lot of money for pretty much inventing Automail..we don't have anything similar today and I'll tell you right now..nerve connected replacement limbs on the level of Automail would make whoever came up with them a lot of money in real life.
