That's because of the zenkai boost that boosted Goku to unbelievable power levels and what allowed him to achieve Super Saiyan 1 transformation.

Zenkai boost is the single most powerful trait out of any species in the DBZ universe and it so happens to be the trait of the saiyan race. The potential to keep growing in power due to Zenkai boost is only limited by the fact that they lack regenerative powers after a near death event...unless you happen to have Zensu beans or Dende to heal you.

But if the OC character were to have Deadpools regenerative healing powers... Zenkai boost Deadpool regenerative powers Infinite Potential Growth that would surpass Goku and Vegeta.

That's what I would have picked. That's something too good to pass up.

I could understand Shinsei forgetting since he's been a Saiyan for a fucking week, but the father should have been like, " Oh hey, full fucking moon today, better get my children inside lioe I have done EVERY OTHER FULL MOON THAT THEY HAVE BEEN ALIVE FOR!" Convoluted and retarded way to kake the MC go Oozaru. Not to mention, how the hell is All Might still the #1 Hero? Even fucking Nappa and Kid Goku were able to take on the entire planet's army and curbstomp them. If Shinsei's dad is an Elite Saiyan he should be a LOT stronger than anyone else on the planet who isn't a Saiyan.

You have ten stats and 55 points. If you give every stat 5 points then you should still have 5 points left. Basic math dude. Really distracting mistake to have in the first chapter.

The story is not bad. But hey, you did high shit by combining it with both stupid things and more on top of asking for the most cliche things an otaku can think of.

Saiyan biology and Deadpool quirk would probably make you as unbeatable as black goku

Eh, I don't think giving Izuku the LSSJ form makes much sense at all, and I'm personally against it. It would make far more sense for Shinsei to have it, since it's basically between him, his father, and his brother. But other than that, I'm pretty interested in how things are progressing so far, I'm looking forward to future updates.

Uh... How in the world did he make exactly 0 progress towards leveling up in three years? I feel like if he got three levels within such a short span of time, then he should've gotten at least a few more over the span of three years.

Other than that, I'm enjoying the story fairly well. Though his humiliation of Endeavor I find highly skeptical. He's still a huge dude and seems to have quite a bit of physical power, plus years of training and skills, so I think he would still be very capable without his Quirk.

Pretty interesting concept to begin with, though I am mildly disappointed that he took the Sasuke Preset. Logically speaking, it would've been extremely more intelligent and efficient to take the 50 extra stat points and the extra perk, and just design his own avatar. He could've made it look basically just like Sasuke anyway, it just would've taken some time and effort. His survivability would be much higher from the start if he had done that, but oh well, I guess extra suffering for him instead of getting to be like a true prodigy. Time to move on to the next chapter!

Shinsei should unlock the eye things when he's fighting one of the bosses, maybe undine, considering her desire for his death? he'd be afriad for his life, unless he got a bit stronger
