I kinda like the MHA crossover with Transformers that gives Izuku the ability to transform machines into Living beings. But I think that would be better for him when he is at a higher skill level. Maybe start him out with a Technopathic ability that allows him to communicate and manipulate machines. But I’ll leave that decision up to you.

i'm rather interested in the transformers one, mainly because the idea of the Autobots and Decepticons interacting with heroes and villains alike

Mha x Wolf Among Us crossover. Bigby Wolf investigates Japan and to find Jack Horner whose up to to his own tricks again, only to find himself in trouble with Hero's and Japan's fables.

Mha x red dead redemption, Arthur Morgan woken ed up to a new world and and has to avoid heroes, villains, and teenagers who are hot on his tail for killing a villain in self-defense. And Arthur can for himself a new gang, but only for good purposes. And they could call themselves, the Magnificent Seven

Have Izuku in the Subspace Emissary from Smash Bros Brawl.

Summary:

I thought I send a review about choosing John Wick as potential story but I don’t known if I didn’t send and closed the page or it hasn’t yet reached the review section but just in case.

John Wick in the world of MHA would be an interesting one plus seeing Wick take down hero’s or villains without a Quirk would be fun to see plus more in-depth look into the underworld.

How about a My Hero Academia, Red vs. Blue and Soul Eater crossover where Izuku is a meister and Church is his weapon. Main ship is Izuku x Maka

I like the John Wick idea because of the fact of how the MHA universe will completly flip at the fact that the worst villians aren't the public ones but those who hide in the shadows and can manipulate the goverment to their own benefit
