As long as this stays just naruto/kushina and doesn't go the harem route almost all naruto fics with naruto/kushina pairing go then ill keep reading since this seems super promising. Although the "humor" simply being almost nothing but sex jokes and suddenly making naruto some kind of sexual women magnet is kind of off putting it's not too bad that it makes the story unreadable.

The main problem is you seem to be setting up a harem. Ive read a lot of fanfics, and your hitting almost all the marks for a harem setup in all the worse ways.. you got girls all attracted to him at random with girls that had no romantic interest in him in canon suddenly even BEFORE the training trip, you have 'jokes' hinting at multi-pairing or multi-somes like with tsunade and yugao so far, and you have naruto already shwoing some interest in girls other then kushina like with ino and yugao. These alone are just the most obvious harem setup signs most fics overuse so here's to hoping you keep it original and have it only naruto/kushina. How sad is it that a mono relationship with naruto/kushina is the original idea instead of the harem route?

On another note making it partially a drama would also be interesting all things considered. The other naruto/kushina fics barely ever touch on the actual realistic factors such a relationship would face since they're all too busy throwing other girls at naruto without any negative repercussions, overdoing the erotic content with almost no plot, or kushina for some reason being completely OK with suddenly having to share, sometimes even after naruto straight up cheats on her initially like in the contract of the shinigami fic. Adding a small pinch of drama to the mix would dilute the erotic content just enough so that it's not overdone and loses it's hold on the readers by having a bit of conflict every now and then like either naruto or kushina being jealous for one reason or another and the tension that causes between then for a whileor small simple things like that being used as plot progression devices.

I don't know, just my thoughts, observations, and opinions on what you got going so far
