I feel like Steve should have had more impact in this chapter

I like that you showed Steve’s perspective in this episode. It fits perfectly with Shaun just asking for help and Steve doesn’t even question it he just helps. I think that would be the kind of relationship they’d developed given more time: Steve teaching Shaun until he is practically independent and then only intervenes if needed.
I have one question though, maybe I missed it, but is Alex a girl or a boy?

Good story

I actually really like the idea, but personally I think it will be difficult to write Steve into the show, cause it’s set in the hospital so much, he would probably stay a side-character, like Lea.
As for the first chapter: I’m not a big fan of screen-play’s, I’m all for emotions and descriptions and since Steve wasn’t very involved it was basically just a recap of the first episode.
I would try to write like your own episode and write Steve in it, like maybe he gets injured or sick... that way we see an lot of both brothers and it would be something new.

But that’s all just my personal opinion and I am looking forward to what else will be coming
