I liked most of this chapter, but the whole thing with Naruto's greatest fear felt like the dialogue was off, to me anyways. Also, I thought that the Curse Seal was sealed away previously, in Chapter 18? If so, why would Kakashi train him in it after doing so? That definitely needs more explanation, if that is the case, but definitely be sure to specify which it is.

I can deal with the grammar issues and horrible flow of the story, but you can’t even seem to remember things you’ve already written and that’s just not good enough. The first example I noticed was Naruto ranting about how hard his life was to everyone at Tazuna’s house (edge lord much?), but then later when spoke to Zabuza he said he’d never told anyone about his past. The most recent is Lee introducing himself to Sasuke despite them having met in the last chapter (you know, the one that was completely dedicated to the four genin teams meeting and fighting?) and declaring himself the strongest genin despite having lost to Naruto. I also have an issue with some other things, chief among them being the random additions like the unnamed ninja hired by Gatō. The story is about how differently things progress with a smarter Naruto who possesses an eye technique, which means it’s a canon world ONLY being affected by the changes in Naruto himself. In what way does Naruto being smarter or having an eye technique somehow result in Gatō hiring some other ninja who doesn’t even exist in canon? It’s just a forced change, which is never enjoyable to read.

Something that irks me about the zabuza ank haku joing the leaf. They go through a lot of effort for money or for the rebels, but the author says, 'na, your going to leaf, sorry you waisted your time'.

Something that always bugged me was how naruto and sauske took out the demon brothers. The brothers had years of real experience and battle, while naruto and sauske are just out of the accademy. Either the brothers were weak chunnin, or the leaf has better genning?

If naruto was 'average' then he wouldnt be on team 7 with sauske or sakura. The patern is top nin/kunoichi and dead last. Also, i doubt the council holds power on who passes or not. That would be treason by ordering shinobi around behind the hokages back

sakura is stupid not a total fan girl but still partially while saskue is still a dumbass did those two seriously think they could beat orichimaru when they cant even defeat kakashi or any regular jonin.

Add ino to naruto's harem just to stick it ino's mom!
