I'd like to see a bit more yo-yo-ing with the gangs relationship with Khloe, similar to how buffy acts with spike later in the series, because with buffy back why do they need to hang out with Khloe? And to them isn't Khloe and her powers more dangerous than ever?

I really hope you continue with this story. Its so different to others I've read and I love it. I can't wait to see how things progress with Khloe and Spike!

Since Buffy brought it up, where are Chloe's parents and how did she get to Sunnydale?
And did she just...Poof...Just with her mind. Okay. How? Energy-eating, sonic scream, telepathic, telekinetic. I'm running out of monsters here. Have I guessed bean sídhe yet? If not, I'm guessing bean sídhe, or banshee, however you want to spell it. Leannán sídhe might make more sense with the energy thing, but everything else doesn't fit. Nightmare doesn't fit either. Moroaică? But she's not Romanian. Strigoi also kind of works, except again she's not Romanian. Also moroi and strigoi are both types of vampires, so probably not. Unless you're going with the witch type of strigoi, but Chloe still isn't Romanian.
I am now stuck on faeries and types of vampires. Let's add baobhan sith and glaistig to bring those things together and call it a day.

But Kendra's alive for a little longer, right? Her death made sense, but it wasn't nice to her character.
I'm circling back to siren for Chloe. Because of course I am. Maybe some other type of air spirit? Her powers do all seem to be at least tangentially air based. And, hey, that could help explain how she ended up in America in the first place. Let's wait till next chapter for more clues.
And Spike is keeping that he can walk a secret from absolutely everyone. Clever of him.

Howya! I'm not usually a fan of OC's in Buffy but I really like the way you're handling this, you're bringing to life a very interesting character in Khloe. Can't wait to see where you go with this next and out of curiosity do you think you'll go with a Buffy/Faith pairing?
I feel like you'd be able to do it justice to be honest.

Well, nothing new for the guessing game. I mean, other than Chloe is probably not any type of undead because otherwise her blood would be icky. Not an eldritch god, because obviously. The physic powers are the only thing to make a case for that. I think witches in "The Vampire Diaries" can do the same nearly exploding people's heads thing that Chloe does, but you said supernatural being, and witches are just people who can do magic. I'm running out of ideas here, with the whole confined to the UK and Europe thing. Let's throw in dragon, because dragons. She's not a dragon.

Well. Chloe's just being an enigma, and I'm not just taking about her concussive magic. I'm not sure if she on the side of the humans or not. There's grey, and then there's abruptly swinging back and fourth between "I want the whole world to die" and "don't hurt any bystanders or I'll kill you", which is closer to where she seems to be.
Back to the guessing game. Wraith? The "Supernatural" version popped up in my Google search, but in general it doesn't really seem to match up. I'm going to move on to chapter 6 to see if we get more information.

I was not expecting it to be Cordelia who was her ex. It was a great twist, I loved it. Great chapter overall. Maybe should could still have had a small thing or have kissed Harmony in the past which could come into play in s4/5 when she's a vampire with Spike? Maybe she could get jealous of Khloe and Spike rather than date him?
